Le Souffle de l’Ange Rosé

Appellation : AOP CORBIERES (Terroir de Fontfroide)

Soil : Located in the heart of the Fontfroide hills, Château Auris benefits from a protected and cool situation tempering the Mediterranean climate. This terroir allows a perfect ripening, in the meantime preserving natural acidity and fruity aromas. Soils are diverse: sand, clay and silt.

Grapes: Syrah, Grenache, Carignan.

Harvest: By hand and machine from September 15th to October 3rd.

Yield: 30hl/h.

Vinification : Traditional with 21 days maceration for the Carignan.

Alcohol: 14 %

Tasting: With a bright pink colour, this wine develops aromas of exotic fruits and blueberry. It has a well balanced palate, both full-bodied and lively that will perfectly complement a fresh starter (vegetable tart) or a grilled meat. Can be kept 2 – 3 years.

Appellation: AOP CORBIERES (Terroir de Fontfroide)

Soil: Located in the heart of the Fontfroide hills, Château Auris benefits from a protected and cool situation tempering the Mediterranean climate. This terroir allows a perfect ripening, in the meantime preserving natural acidity and fruity aromas. Soils are diverse: sand, clay and silt.

Grapes:  Marsanne, Grenache Blanc.

Harvest: By hand and machine from September 15th to October 3rd.

Yield: 40hl/h.

Vinification: Direct pressing with juice protection against oxydation. Fermentation by grape variety in stainless steel tank or oak barrels at low temperature. Maturation on the lees. Blended and bottled in spring

Alcohol: 14 %

Tasting: Vibrant pale yellow color with green hues. Mineral aromas melted with acacia flower and flower notes. Concentrated and full-bodied mouthfeel with a long aromatic persistence. To enjoy with a grilled fish or oysters. Serve at 10 – 12°C.

Harvest: Manual and mechanical harvest from End September till beginning of October.

Yield : 40hl/hectare

Vinification : Traditional with total destemming of the grapes. Soft extraction and ageing in tank.

Alcohol: 14%

Tasting: Deep purple colour. The nose reveals pepper and blackberry fruits aromas. The mouth is round and supple with a fruity sensation. Serve at 17°C.To enjoy with grilled meats, cheeses. It can be kept for 4 or 5 years.
